Student Outcomes in the Classroom: Identify evidence for how you will know that your vision for readiness is being used in classrooms schoolwide.

Student Experience: Identify how you will know your school-wide student outcomes are making the student experience more relevant to the skills they will need for their future including the data will you use to make sure you know you are on-track.

Make a plan to share progress markers with staff and students and updates on how you are achieving them.
