Create new rituals as needed to introduce outcomes. For example, at the elementary and secondary schools in Santiam Canyon in Oregon, they created t-shirts for all staff members. Each staff member received a t-shirt for each of their student outcomes statements – Stand Together, Find Your Path, and Never Give Up.
