My pathway towards education has been reflective.  In the late 80’s I studied education and worked in the electronics industry.  This led to management positions  for different companies and eventually starting my own business.  I came back to education around 2010, after selling my company.  I was on the school board of my district for 10 years prior to resigning and applying for a position.  My teaching career was in secondary with stops in both middle school and high school in a couple different districts.  As I continue to grow I am excited about the possibilities in supporting students.
