You’ll leave this workshop feeling re-energized and equipped with practical tools to lead with compassion and navigate the remainder of the semester with strength. This interactive and supportive environment allows you to connect with colleagues, share best practices, and develop a renewed sense of purpose.
In this workshop, we will explore:
- How to build a culture of empowerment where both leaders and teachers feel supported and valued.

By participating, you will be ready to:
- Apply strategies for self-care to combat stress and maintain well-being.
