This professional learning community is designed to equip school leaders with the knowledge and tools to foster a school culture rooted in universal practices. Through focused discussions, shared expertise, and practical strategies, participants will deepen their understanding of how to create equitable and inclusive learning environments for all students.
By engaging in rich dialogue and exploring evidence-based approaches, leaders will develop the capacity to:
- Define and articulate the core components of universal practices
- Analyze current school systems and identify areas for growth
- Develop and implement strategies to embed universal practices across all grade levels and departments
- Build capacity among staff to support student success
- Measure and evaluate the impact of universal practices on student outcomes
