When your school has a strong identity, members of the school community—students, teachers, staff, family members—should feel that the shared identity shows up inside and outside the classroom. Your school may have a mission statement or vision, but what does that look like throughout the school day and week? Are members of your community able to point to examples of your shared identity in class, in school structures? In this Webinar, Erik Lathen, Principal of North Valley High School in Grants Pass, OR, shared how he is putting their maxims (school identity statements) to use in every period, every day, for all students.
